New York hedge fund Standard General LP has been declared the winner in an auction for RadioShack’s name and other intellectual property.
Standard General agreed to pay $26.2 million for the Fort Worth retailer’s trademark and customer data. In March, it also bid $160 million to purchase more than 1,700 RadioShack stores.
