Moses: Chance to be Wichita State’s general counsel ‘a special opportunity’

David Moses thought forming a new law firm with Chris Pate last year would be his last career stop. Turns out, it won’t be. Wichita State University announced Thursday the hiring of Moses as its general counsel, effective July 1, confirming earlier reports that his hiring was imminent.
