Cebu Pacific, the largest airline in the Philippines, could start its flights from Manila to Honolulu by the end of the year after regulatory approvals, according to a report by The Manila Times.
The Philippine-based low-cost carrier is awaiting final approval from the U.S. Transportation Security Administration to complete an assessment at Manila’s Ninoy Aquino International Airport terminal 3 before it can begin service in the United States.
