The Montgomery County sheriff has advertised the auction of four Rockville properties affiliated with developer Ronald Cohen to settle a multimillion dollar tenant-landlord judgment.
But Cohen tells the Washington Business Journal the auction of 121 Congressional Lane, 1570 East Jefferson St., 1701 Rockville Pike (The Shops at Congressional Village) and 143 Rollins Ave., scheduled for 10:25 a.m. May 28 on the steps of Montgomery County Courthouse, will not happen.
