Atlanta officials have agreed to award $20,000 to Bob Jamerson, known in Atlanta as street performer ‘Baton Bob’, to settle a lawsuit he filed against the city following his arrest in 2013.
Jamerson says police violated his rights when he was arrested outside of Colony Square in Midtown, as he celebrated the U.S. Supreme Court’s decision to end the federal gay marriage ban.
