Grandview child psychiatrist pleads guilty to tax evasion

Jason Rudolph, owner of Jay's Residential in Grandview, pleaded guilty to tax evasion for failing to pay $755,643 in taxes. Jay's Residential provided residential psychiatric care for children at several locations in Grandview.
