The Fort Street Tower "plate lunch" spot offered breakfast and lunch deals to downtown workers, many of whom rated it four stars on Yelp.
Loyal customers enjoyed a two-scoop fried rice and egg breakfast for under $3. A crispy chicken plate and ono fish in a macadamia nut pesto sauce ran for $6.50.
