Less than a month after rumors surfaced, Cozen O’Connor will acquire Chicago-based Meckler Bulger Tilson. The transaction, which will become effective June 1, will not only quadruple the Philadelphia-based firm’s presence in the Windy City but also give it a new 15-lawyer San Francisco location. The deal will also take the 575-lawyer Cozen well over the 600-lawyer mark with a total of 60 lawyers joining the fold.
