Norton Rose Fulbright has named Tracee Whitley to the newly created role of U.S. chief of operations.
Whitley will manage all U.S. operations that support the legal practice, and she will be based in Houston.
Most recently, Whitley served as COO of Bingham McCutchen LLP, which was acquired by Philadelphia-based Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP in November. Prior to holding the COO role, Whitley held multiple senior management roles at Bingham McCutchen.
