An insurance litigation law firm has purchased one of East Burnside's most eye-catching and sustainable buildings.
Maloney Lauersdorf Reiner PC purchased the Burnside Rocket building at 1111 E. Burnside St. for $3.1 million. The firm, which currently has its office downtown at 117 S.W. Taylor St., will move into the third floor of the four-story building once a build-out is complete, tentatively scheduled for April 3.
