A member of a Kansas congressman's staff was arrested in Dodge City on charges of sexual exploitation of a child, KWCH reports.
Matthew Pennell, a member of U.S. Rep. Tim Huelskamp's staff, was arrested and charged with 17 counts of sexual exploitation of a child. Huelskamp's office said Pennell was placed on leave without pay, but declined further comment because of a pending investigation.Lunes, Marso 9, 2015
