The San Francisco Bay Area was ranked friendliest in the country, followed by Los Angeles, Seattle, and San Diego.
The Campbell, California-based electric vehicle infrastructure company scored cities based on the number of electric vehicles on the road, and the number of ChargePoint ports available in the region, accounting for population differences.
