Cases transferred out of Ferguson court; judge resigns

The Missouri Supreme Court said Monday it would transfer all cases in the Ferguson municipal court to state court, where they will be heard by a court of appeals judge, a move it said was necessary to restore public trust following a scathing Department of Justice report last week.
