University of Hawaii law school to host special sitting of federal appeals court

A three-judge panel from the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals will hear oral arguments in Honolulu on three days next week, one of which will be held at the University of Hawaii William S. Richardson School of Law. The San Francisco-based appeals court meets three times a year in Honolulu. The first two days of proceedings will be held at 9 a.m. on Tuesday and Wednesday at 1132 Bishop St. A special sitting is scheduled for the UH law school on Thursday at 9:30 a.m. in the school's Moot Courtroom…
