The Baltimore sportswear maker is suing Ass Armor LLC, a company that claims to sell the most innovative and aggressive butt protection on the market for snowboarders.
Under Armour filed a 32-page complaint against the Florida-based company and co-defendant Casey Taryn LLC on Jan. 20 in U.S. District Court of Maryland. The lawsuit accuses Ass Armor of trademark infringement, trademark dilution, unfair competition and cybersquatting.
