The family of construction worker Brandon Carl, who was killed when an overpass on Interstate 75 collapsed last month, has filed a lawsuit against the state of Ohio, WCPO reports.
Carl's parents, Sharon Frye and Charles Carl, filed the suit for repayment of funeral costs and damages of more than $25,000. It's being handled by the Ohio Court of Claims.
