
IBM has sued Priceline Group and its subsidiaries over royalties for patents issued more than a decade ago.
Norwalk, Conn.-based Priceline (NASDAQ: PCLN) and its properties Kayak and OpenTable were named in the suit and accused of failing to pay royalties on patents stemming from the Prodigy online service, Bloomberg reported.
