Buckhead lawyer John Woodham's conduct in a bond validation lawsuit was "egregious, improper and appalling," but there's no proof he violated the State Bar of Georgia's professional conduct rules, the Georgia Supreme Court has ruled.
In a 5-2 decision handed down Monday, the court dismissed a complaint the state bar filed against Woodham stemming from his challenge of bonds issued by the Atlanta Development Authority in 2008 for two condominium projects managed by Tivoli Properties Inc.
