
California's Bureau of Gambling Control has accused its former chief, Robert Lytle, of violating numerous state gaming regulations while employed by San Jose's Casino M8trix.
In an administrative complaint filed Dec. 23, the bureau claimed Lytle potentially undermined an investigation of M8trix by getting information from a bureau agent, and that he received prohibited payments from a gaming services company hired by M8trix.
