The battle between Duquesne University and adjunct professors has moved back to the National Labor Relations Board regional office in Pittsburgh.
A Feb. 12 decision from the NLRB in Washington, D.C., remanded the case — Duquesne University of the Holy Spirit vs. United Steel, Paper and Forestry, Rubber, Manufacturing, Energy, Allied Industrial and Service Workers International Union, AFL-CIO, CLC — back to the agency's regional office for further action.
