Doug Friednash, former Denver city attorney, will be the next chief of staff for Colorado Gov. John Hickenlooper, the governor announced Sunday.
Friednash, currently a shareholder at law firm Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck LLP, will assume the post Feb. 2.
